then your not doing it right because that's how it's done.

you gotta push "B" and the directional button at once, you don't keep your finger on "B" maybe that's what you're doing wrong.

secret power's second ability varies depending on where you are located.

for example i was battling in the tall grass area, the second ability from secret power would be a 30% chance (i believe) of inflicting sleep.
