I was there and witnessed the collapse. There were no detonations that I witnessed--only a incredibly heavy building collapsing onto itself. A building that size could only collapse in one direction-straight down.

Then read Popular Mechanics or watch the History channel Special: 9/11 Conspiricy:fact or fiction. History channel brings up conspirators and then experts to counter everything they say, and it is clearly scientifically proven. Truthers is a common word, I didn't make it up. There were explosions in the towers of course, explosions certainly do not=bombs. I have heard many truthers comments and frankly, most of them are disgusting and stupid(ie saying united 93 calls were fake).

No problem, I was actually wondering the same thing when I saw it. When the first tower fell they muted it with some music; and when the second one fell they muted it entirely...I don't think its very suspicious though. Think of a scene in a movie where a protagonist gets shot or killed; Harry Potter 5 for example. When Sirius dies, they mute Harry's Screaming and added a slight amount of music.

Tubub is being irrational to a very simple question I think.

It's suspicious to me because that was the only footage, in my honest opinion, that was "edited" by removing pieces of the content. I'm not saying I believe the "truthers" as you label them, both explanations have terrible holes. The commission lacks a lot of scientific evidence for it's conclusions, and the "truthers" use circumstantial evidence to jump to outrageous conclusions. You are the bigot for being intolerant to counter-opinions and questions about 9/11.

Once again you have labeled me, incorrectly. My point is this, if there was some shred of evidence that there was not "explosions" of some kind in the towers, shouldn't the history channel show it? Wouldn't that all but stop the "truthers" moment you so hate?
Sorry again for copying and pasting comments. I was not spamming, I was asking a real question, because I was confused about why that was the only "muted" or "edited" audio.

People really don't, and shouldn't, care about truthers. Pandering to them only makes things worse. Truthers become so dedicated to this conspiricy they call evidence brought up to them bullshit... From the 9/11 Commission report to the History Channel special they just can't believe a radical Islamic extremist who had supported terror for 15 years, funded a 93 attempt on the WTC, the 98 embassing bombing, the 2000 millenium attempt, the attack on the USS cole... It just doesnt add up.

Actually I watched a few of the other videos and saw the exact same comments which you clearly have been copy and pasting. Actually your political agenda is very clear, especially since I didn't notice any edits in the footage. They put music in very low in the background and took out the sound when the towers were falling... Im confused as to why maybe 5 seconds of missing audio when the towers collapsing is suspicious of anything but okay.

Thank you, for a genuine answer to my question. Most people like to just call me names and slander me. I thought I have a legitimate question. with so much "controversy" over the towers falling, you'd think they'd show the raw audio to prove there were no explosions. That's all I'm saying.

i live in staten island, ny and it was hard for me to witness 9/11. i used to see the twin towers from my house everyday and i miss them. this program showed footage i have never seen before and i bet it was hard for these people to document 9/11 as it was unfolding.

i'm guessing either the noise was too loud for the cameras to have any distinguishable sounds other than rumbling, or there was very very colorful language/graphic screams.

The documentary was a unique and emotional view from others that were in NYC on that day. It was done with dignity and respect for those that perished. We will never forget the tragedy of that Tuesday morning. The countless lives that were killed and those that suffer today from the dust inhaled or injuries.God Bless all with peace.
