Please don't judge Ces, siya na nga nakidnap tas ganyan pa kau mag comment, grabe nman kau. Why not judge Loren Legarda? She's more controversial, because at first she insisted that there was no ransom but then meron pala. tsk. tsk. tsk.God Bless You Ces'

Abs-cbn announced "no ransom policy"....sino kaya nag bigay ng 18 million????????...iba ang sinasabi iab namanang ginagawa....yan ang ang panig sa katotohanan?....mga sinungaling.

I think, (just my opinion) that ABSCBN was saving face. I doubt if they told her not to go, they probably got reprimanded for not having security for Ces and others.
