Jimel Derby


A tribute to my best friend who passed away 30th August 2008. I love you Jimel. Jimel knew me better than i knew myself. We spoke religiously every day. Because of the time difference between usa and australia, Jimel was so proud and loved to be the one making alot of late night phonecalls, he was always so pleased to be waking me up. Or texting me, we had this thing called sleep texting...lol Jimel used to text me, i'd be asleep, but for some reason, i'd wake up enough to write back, but could never remember in the morning. But it never worried me. He taught me so many valuable lessons in life without even realising. He means so much to me and it brings tears to my eyes thinking about this day. I love him with all my heart and miss him like crazy. I am so sorry for all of Jimel's family and friends who are going through this. Thanks for watching the video, i know Jimel would have loved it. He would also be giving me a great big hug, telling me its all going to be ok. I love you Jimel.

I just found out what happened to Jimel im shocked as hell right now i cant believe he is gone...wow!!! I last seen him back in Transit...theres very few ppl i remember from back in H.S. but he was definitely one of them...nice tribute to Jimel he will definitely be remembered

Yes i spoke to him the day before this happened...i miss him so much...i love him so much...just trying to get used to not hearing from him, but im sure he's helping me thru it...

this is a beautiful tribute tiarney im sure his family would be very touched and you can really tell he ment alot to you. someone taken away too young R.I.P he may be gone but he will never be forgotten he will always live in your heart and the hearts of all who loved him and had the pleasure of meeting him
