Fox Weekend Promo: Fall 1987
What better way to kick off a new channel here on YT is with an oldie, but a rare goodie. This is the FULL video of Fox's image campaign,
"Don't Let Fox Weekend Pass You By!"
That was when Fox only aired shows on Saturday nights (bombed) and Sundays (their better fare!)

Brandon Call was over at ABC at the time playing one of Snow White&Eric's sons on The Charmings. The much older actor you're pointing out is William Gallo of Second Chance (which became Boys Will Be Boys mid-way through its run).

I can actually explain about why I pulled out the other two Fox campaigns.
the overall reason was that Fox found out about "Mr. Dabada" in which I used a scene from Family Guy, Fox had it took down off YouTube, so as a precaution for having my account pulled, I pulled off most videos that had something Fox-related.

Is that Brandon Call at 0:55? I thought he didn't get his big break until 1991.

YM had to move the '88 campaign over to MegaVideo because he recieved a threat from YouTube after Fox found out about it. The only clip of the '89 campaign that I saw was a quick :30 promo off someone's KCPQ 13 commercial breaks.

Well if that's the case, then what happened to the '88 and '89 campaigns? Cause they used to be on here awhile back.
VaultMasterDBT (September 12, 2008 at 4:46 am)
This was for the 1987-88 season indeed, since 'Don't Let Fox Weekend Pass You By' was the original version of this jingle. The faster, re-written version, 'This Is the Year (This Is Fox)' was used for the 1988 and '89 seasons. YM incorrectly listed 1988 as the date in his video's introduction.

Are u sure this is from 1988? Cause the last time I checked, this campaign was from '89.
