Simon&Garfunkel - Bridge Over Troubled Water - 45 RPM
Original Columbia Records vinyl 45 RPM of "Bridge Over Troubled Water" by Simon&Garfunkel. Released 2/7/1970 and peaked at #1 for SIX weeks!!!This is another example of the original hit 45 RPM mix being different than the common stereo mix.
On the 45 RPM - the song runs slightly faster, and during the final verse the bass is mixed hot and the drums and orchestra are mixed way up with the lead vocal, where the stereo has the vocal out front.

Gotta love this pop song...begins with a piano which climaxes into a full orchestra towards the end.
