I could have done that but the problem is that in Pakistan we don't have any stores of Uniden! Can you tell me something about Two-Way Radios of 28 mile range?

Yes. Uniden Two-way radios are quite good actually.There are quite a few portable two-ways to choose from, depending on the distance coverage required. Range from 0.5watt uptp 5 watt.

No licence required. Just scan for frequencies, store them and its ready for listening to.
