That's Crush of the Crustaceans..where the Beetleborgs not only get defeated..their armor, weapons, AND powers get destroyed (even the Mega Blue Beetleborg and his Thunder Stinger weren't enough).

my favorite episode is when that Nucus guy breaks art fortune's brother out of jail to bring all his drawings to life.nice work of finding this episode that don't look all like there having a break down.
