Find an empty GLASS bottle. Fill it about half to three-quarters full with lighter fluid. Take an old rag, soak it with gasoline or more lighter fluid. Stuff one end of the soaked rag into the neck of the bottle. Take out matches or a lighter. Light the rag and light it burn for about a second or two and then whip it at the car, preferably at the hood. Hope I helped!
