Well when you last mentioned Rhubarb I posted a video of how much I enjoy it raw. However I think nature would draw the line for even me somewhere below the leaves! Some persons are amazing though&try near anything. Yup had to bring myself to watch as thought maybe you were disguising the rabbit capture in rhubarb vid lol. Tossdart

Nice videos. I think you will have to thin out a lot as ours are 70-90cm across at their largest.
May I ask where (roughly) is Australia you are located? I tried growing rhubarb in Qld once and it did quite poorly. Of course, now I am in Sweden it's one of the things I actually have no problem growing. :o)

Rhubarb crumble mmm! Truly a shame about your possum/rabbit problem. I'm glad to see you're rebuilding just fine.

I have some rhubarb in also and didn't realise that I couldn't harvest for a couple of seasons. Am just getting some now. I am forcing mine at the moment by placing a pot over the top which encourages quick growth. My fave recipe is a rhubarb and cinnamon cake from Stephanie Alexanders cook book. It is divine, the aroma of the cake while cooking makes me drool at the thought of what's to come. Glad to see that the demolished beds are back in action so quickly..well done
