Election Results: November Silence.


Just in case... if the unthinkable should happen and John McCain becomes our next McPresident, I am hereby pre-declaring a state of self imposed silence during the week after the election results of the 2008 Presidential Election results are certain this November. The thought of Sarah Palin as Vice President? Worse than a terrorist threat.See? See the way I'm talking about the thought of the phrase "President Elect McCain" makes me say things that get a little over the top. Anticipating this possibly disturbing outcome, I am letting everyone know that I will be silent in regards to the results. I am explaining now, so I don't haveto explain during the time that I am coping with this possible, yet preventable, outcome.

Look people, no one needs to talk about moving to Canada or starting a riot in the streets... just go out and vote on November 4, 2008. Make sure your friends, neighbors and otherwise like-minded individuals get out and vote. It is so much easier to do that, then it will be to protest, sit-in, speak out, sign petitions and impeach! Just vote, please... unless of course you are voting for McCain/Palin, then take a break this time. Sit this one out. You wouldn't want to ruin your track record of only voting for winners! What if you voted for McCain but Obama was elected?! You'd have to admit that you voted for a loser... and even worse, that you potentially put Sarah Palin in the office of Vice President? If such a thing should happen one would never be able to talk about politics ever again, and especially never consider voting. Yea, just in case... don't vote at all...

Hey look, a few of you have encouraged me to keep writing these types of descriptions, so don't get mad at me. YOU reinforced this behavior, not me! So there. By the way, I really think I should start writing the description before I make the video, because I usually end up with good ideas while I am writing the description that I wish I had thought of for the video! Well, it's a nice thought... should just post it as a blog somewhere? Where's good for blogs? Anyone?

Anyway, I'll forgo my usually ending, just to demonstrate that I am serious about this non-promise of silence for that fateful history making moment during the first week of November. Thanks.
