By request: Swedish Meatballs, served with mashed potatoes and Lingonberry jam, all homemade!It's soon about that time to go out in the forest and pick Lingon again and make another batch.Meatballs:Grownded beef1 eggDried breadcrumbs/Ströbröd

Homemade Lingonberry jam

Ah Becka you made me cry with this,we have spoke before, my Swedish Mama is a few miles away from me in NY so I must make my own. I agree those are not Swedish meatballs at IKEA.My Mama makes a cream gravy too&her spices are clove,ginger,allspice. Smaklig måltid!

i looove pippi longstocking, i have the movie (i think it's originally in swedish but it was dubbed in english) and i used to watch it like every day when i was little :) tommy&annika are straight gangsters
